Career talk and life stories shared with the Regional Student Group (RSG) Pakistan, the official Pakistani chapter of the International Society for Computational Biology Student Council. RSG Pakistan is a community-driven nonprofit platform dedicated to training, networking, and empowering students and early-career researchers in bioinformatics and computational biology across the country. More than 80 Pakistani students and professionals joined the online session, including one Pakistani student studying in Kunming, China who spoke to me in Chinese. I was once a beginner too, and I hope my story shows that if I can do it, they can too.
